Feather Rishi Art
Lewis Mark Grimes

Picture
Lewis Mark Grimes is experimenting with an art form inspired by ancient Egypt. He makes compositions from macro-photography of the molted feathers of his companion birds. He calls the technique "feather rishi".
There are serious concerns about nature these days. In particular, birds are under assault from every side. Their air and water are affected by sapiens (us). There have already been many species extinctions, however, rescues and conservation orgs are fighting back.

"Covering the planet with feathers is a tall order, but someone has to do it!"
